When placing an order your credit details pass directly and securely to our merchant bank who returns to us an approved or declined code. Our customers' privacy and security is of paramount importance to us. We will not send you emails without your consent. To minimize delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient you must advise us. By placing an order, you declare that you are the person named on the credit card or have been given permission to use it. If we believe an order is fraudulent or has been sent in bad faith, we may release your details to the appropriate authorities. All IP addresses are logged. We reserve the right to reject any card message which contains profane or insulting language. CancellationsShould you give us sufficient prior notice of the cancellation of an order, we will credit your account fully, less a $5 administration fee. Unfortunately no refund can be made after the flowers have been dispatched. Once an order has been placed we may not be able to make alterations to the order details. Please ensure all details and messages are accurate at the time of placing your order. Over busy periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we will not be able to alter messages. SecurityWe use Paycorp and St George Bank as our solutions partners. All sensitive material is transmitted by secure sockets layer (SSL) with 128 bit encryption. This ensures that your credit card details are never seen by Roses.com.au. Your card number is encrypted and sent directly to the bank which must approve your purchase and send Roses.com.au an authority to charge your credit card. This procedure can take a few moments and that is why we ask you to be patient and not press "enter" again while the transaction is taking place. Your credit card statement will show the charge from our parent company Fastflowers.com.au. WineWine cannot be delivered to or accepted by any person under the age of 18 or left at a delivery address unattended. Some states require florists to hold a special licence to deliver alcohol with flowers and not all of our agents are able to obtain such licences. In those cases were we cannot send alcohol we will increase the order by the equivalent value in flowers unless advised otherwise. Alcohol is not available for delivery in New Zealand. Flowers and HampersWhile we aim to match the arrangements pictured on this site to your order, this is not always possible due to seasonal factors and availability of materials and containers. Availability of boxes and containers vary in different locations around the country. Therefore our pictures should be used as a guide only. The photos usually depict the smallest price point for each arrangement. The number and type of roses in your arrangement will often vary from that shown in the photo as the cost and availability of roses varies in different locations. If our florists need to substitute flowers they will use blooms of equal or greater value to those shown. Photos show roses in full bloom however we try to send roses which are still in bud as these are the freshest available and will last the longest. Our designs are bold, modern and elegant. We use a network of boutique florists around Australia and New Zealand to fulfil our orders. Each arrangement is specially hand made to order by our highly trained florists and each has its own unique look and charm. Vases are not included with roses unless specifically stated. All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD). DeliveriesIn the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange another delivery. Any non delivery or problems relating to the goods delivered must be advised within 7 days. We undertake to deliver your order to the address you have given us. We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address or if our courier cannot gain access to the address given or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier calls. To minimize delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient you must advise us. If we cannot deliver and unless you have advised us otherwise, our couriers will try to leave the flowers in a safe spot or if this is not possible they will try to return the flowers to the closest delivery depot, from where they can be collected. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to alter the delivery address.
